Q: Can I make a phone order?

A: Yes, if you see something online and want to order it over the phone directly just call the store during operating hours. 

Monday - Saturday 11am -7pm

Sunday 12pm-6pm 

Q: When will my order ship and how can I track It ?

A:Domestic orders usually take anywhere between 2-7 business days to ship. Please allow 7-14 Business days for international orders. Once an order ships out, you will receive a tracking number to the email you used for the purchase. We use the U.S. Post Office to ship our packages and you will be able to track your order via usps.com.

Q: What are your delivery options?

A: All packages will be shipping priority from USPS.

Q: Do you provide International delivery?

A: Yes, we have shipping methods available for all of our customers across the globe. Make sure to select international shipping when checking out.

Q: What is your returns policy?

A: Returns must be made within 14 days upon receiving package(s). Just follow instructions located on the return form attached to the packing slip.

Q: How do I return an item?

A: For returns, the buyer is responsible for return shipping. Returns must be made within 14 days of receiving package. Simply fill out the return form inside the package and send it to the listed address.
